Please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours after placing your order.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. You may instead request an eligible return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment, any eligible amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable consumer law are not affected by this section.

13. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Order processing time and shipping time are separate.

Shipping times displayed on the Site are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Actual delivery times may be affected by factors including:

• Customs clearance;

• Public holidays;

Where permitted by law, additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect a package may be the customer's responsibility.

This does not apply where the delivery problem is caused by an error attributable to Fixlentra or a service provider for which we are legally responsible.

15. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Products from the same order may sometimes be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse location, packaging requirements, carrier arrangements, or fulfillment processes.

As a result, items within a single order may arrive on different dates and may have separate tracking numbers.

A partial delivery does not necessarily mean that products are missing.

If all tracking information indicates that the relevant shipments have been delivered but part of your order remains missing, please contact support@fixlentra.com.

16. DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS

Responsibility for loss or damage during transportation will be determined in accordance with applicable law.

Where mandatory consumer law specifies when risk transfers from the seller to the consumer, that rule will apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to transfer transportation risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by applicable law.

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate your package, please check the delivery location, household members, building management, neighbors where appropriate, and the carrier's tracking information before contacting us.

We will provide reasonable assistance with eligible delivery investigations.

17. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES, AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage charges, processing charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or relevant authorities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or required by law, these charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Fixlentra does not control fees charged directly by customs authorities, carriers, brokers, or other third parties.

Where permitted by law, costs arising because a customer refuses delivery or fails to pay applicable import charges may be deducted from an otherwise applicable refund.

18. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, damaged products, defective products, incorrect products, missing items, exchanges, and related issues are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Fixlentra currently provides an eligible 30-day return period, subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

Do not return products to our registered company address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.

Our registered business address is not necessarily the warehouse or return processing facility for your order.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected where permitted by law.

Your statutory rights in relation to defective, damaged, misdescribed, unsafe, or non-conforming goods are not limited by our voluntary return policy.

19. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order within a reasonable period after delivery.

Our Return & Refund Policy currently requests that customers report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 14 days of delivery where reasonably possible.

We may request reasonable evidence such as:

• A short video where a defect cannot reasonably be demonstrated by photographs.

These reporting procedures do not reduce any longer period or remedy that you are entitled to under mandatory consumer law.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include repair, replacement, replacement parts, partial refund, full refund, or another legally required remedy.

20. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND COUPON CODES

From time to time, Fixlentra may offer discounts, coupon codes, promotional prices, bundles, free gifts, free shipping, or other promotional offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions are available for a limited time;

• Promotions may not be combined;
